1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Codeline's services ("Services"), including our cloud hosting, VPS, bot hosting, application hosting, and game server hosting platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Codeline, a company headquartered in Seattle, WA, USA. Please read them carefully.

2. Description of Services

Codeline provides infrastructure-as-a-service solutions including:

  • Virtual Private Servers (VPS) with configurable resources
  • Cloud hosting for web applications and APIs
  • Bot hosting for Discord, Telegram, and other platforms
  • Application hosting with auto-scaling capabilities
  • Game server hosting for popular multiplayer titles

3. User Accounts & Registration

To use certain Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
  • Notify us immediately at support@codeline.biz.id of any unauthorized use of your account

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Codeline cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

4. Payment & Billing

Subscription Plans: Services are offered on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing cycles. Prices are listed in USD and may change with 30 days' notice.

Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your account dashboard.

Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refunds are not available for: (a) services used beyond 7 days, (b) violations of our Acceptable Use Policy, or (c) custom/enterprise plans unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize Codeline to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Codeline's Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Distributing malware, viruses, or any harmful code
  • Engaging in spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messaging
  • Hosting content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Conducting DDoS attacks, port scanning, or network abuse
  • Mining cryptocurrency without explicit written approval
  • Exceeding allocated resources in a manner that degrades service for others

Codeline reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating this policy without prior notice or refund.

6. Service Availability & Uptime

Codeline targets a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA for all paid Services. "Uptime" means the percentage of time in a calendar month that our infrastructure is accessible and operational, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure events.

If uptime falls below 99.9% in a given month, eligible customers may receive service credits equal to 10% of their monthly fee for each additional 1% of downtime, up to 100% of the monthly fee. Credits are applied to future invoices and are the sole remedy for SLA failures.

Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance via email and our status page at status.codeline.biz.id.

7. Termination of Service

By You: You may terminate your account at any time via your dashboard. Upon termination, you are responsible for exporting your data before the account deletion process completes (typically 30 days).

By Codeline: We may suspend or terminate your access to Services immediately if: (a) you breach these Terms, (b) your use poses a security or operational risk, or (c) required by law. We will provide notice when reasonably practicable.

Upon termination, all unpaid fees become immediately due, and you will not receive refunds for unused prepaid periods except as required by law or our refund policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CODELINE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CODELINE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on venue or forum non conveniens.

10. Changes to Terms

Codeline reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by: (a) posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last updated" date, and (b) sending an email to the address associated with your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services before the changes take effect.
